**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the recruitment process all the way from needs analysis to sourcing, selection and pre-boarding, in line with Epiroc global policies and in close collaboration with operational HR and managers.
- Proactively build the talent pipeline by using online channels (ex. social platforms and professional networks).
- Secure an excellent pre-boarding of new employees in line with regional needs.
- Continuously analyze and improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.
- Be a role model for data-driven ways of working.
- Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally, and globally.
- Actively contribute to the development of the HR RCoE.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (internal or external), especially recruiting for Brazil and other countries in LATAM.
- Strong communication skills in English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced) and Portuguese (Advanced), French is desirable.
- Recruitment experience in Shared Services, Center of Excellence is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and websites (ex. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook,)
- Experience in digitalization and automation of HR processes.
- Knowledge of conducting different types of interview techniques (ex. structured, competency-based, and behavioral).
- Experience building relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (Desirable)
- Strong self-management skills, motivation, and ability to contribute to development, with experience from working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation, service, and detail-oriented.
