Assistant Engineering Manager

**Objective of the position**:
1. Develop and monitor manufacturing processes efficiently and effectively, and document these to ensure compliance and monitoring of these, safeguarding the interests and assets of the company.

2. Coordinate and implement changes in processes, products and engineering changes efficiently and effectively.

3. Coordinate production tests for engineering changes and new projects.

4. Follow up on tests and changes in product and process engineering in accordance with drawings, specifications, customer requirements and condition sheets.

**Job Specific Responsibilities**:

- Verifies compliance with the area's visual control and administration standards.
- Generates the necessary countermeasures to the appearance of problems.
- Participate in the preparation, modification and deployment of documents to the personnel involved.
- Update the respective graphics of the area and propose improvements in the corresponding points
- It proposes work systems that allow to improve the current operating conditions.
- Carry out the necessary training and coordinate that these be carried out detected in your area when they are within the reach of your skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate inventories to product
- It is responsible for identifying and analyzing risks in its processes.
- It has the responsibility of reporting the efficiency of its processes.
- Coordinate the material and human elements under his responsibility to streamline the necessary tests for new releases.

- Stop equipment if the operation endangers the quality of the product and/or the safety of the equipment and/or personnel.
- Rejection of batches of material or product as required
