**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

As part of Managed Cloud Delivery Unit and SAP’s IT-infrastructure provider and is responsible for running SAP’s backend technology including operations of state of the art datacenters as well as client technology around the globe

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

As IT Technical Consultant you will be responsible for the:

- Delivery of complex SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support.
- Planning, setup, implementation and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA
- requirements
- Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the
- team
- Coordination of international teams in global projects
- Willingness to work on APJ/EMEA time zones

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 3 to 5 years of work experience as Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP and Java Basis Administration)
- Working knowledge on Business Object Products (BOBI, BODS etc) (preferred)
- Working knowledge in UNIX/Linux environment, HANA DB and Sybase ASE databases.
- Basic Knowledge in Network and Storage
- Basic knowledge in one or more of the following products is an advantage. Content Server, Convergent Charging, MDM, GK Software, OpenText, SAP Cloud Connector, TOMCAT, IIS, IDM, SCM Optimizer, SAP Mobile Platform, TREX, Business Connector
- Exposure to ITIL framework is an advantage

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc(Comp),M.Sc(Comp),BCA from a well reputed institute
- SAP Netweaver Certified Technology Consultant
- Project member experience in an international environment and ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams
- Strong capabilities in the area of technical documentation
- Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way
- Good analytical and solution oriented thinking
- Very good communication and networking skills
- Strong customer service focus
