**About the role**:
El Customer Care Specialist será responsable del servicio operativo al cliente, respaldando la entrega de una experiência de clase mundial para nuestros clientes.
Brindar soporte crítico en línea con los níveles de servicio acordados para toda la organización de atención al cliente.
Demostrar propiedad y responsabilidad, garantizar que los requisitos relacionados con el servicio de pedidos y las solicitudes de gestión de datos se procesen de manera eficiente y precisa dentro de los plazos acordados con una conectividad clara y colaboración con el equipo para permitir una gestión proactiva de casos de un extremo a otro.
