Sr Training Specialist

Ecolab is seeking a **Sr Training Specialist** who will design and develop effective training programs, aids, materials, and facilitate training. You will use knowledge of the methods in classroom training, e-learning, on-the-job training, and self-study. Emphasis may be on technician training, including new hire training, continuing education education, sales training, and leadership development for managers.

**What will you do**:
Develop and conduct complex training programs in response to organizational needs. Facilitate in-person, remote, and train-the-trainer programs. Analyze employee training needs and develop appropriate new programs and materials.

Design effective blended training solutions that are work-based, learner-focused, organized, accurate, practical and sustainable.

Produce a robust and sustainable blended training curriculum.

Develop classroom programs (participant guide, facilitator guide, presentations, etc.) and training tools.

Assign and monitor training programs, evaluate results, and implement improvements as needed.

Establish and enforce standards for brand, style, and template compliance.

Bring new and innovative classroom technologies and process development to the organization to deliver a world-class training experience; take the initiative to drive change and constant improvements to current programs.

Provide functional advice and direction to associates within the training organization.

**Hours and work area**: Santa Fe, Cuajimalpa Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. possibility of hybrid system

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related.

3 years of experience identifying, designing, and implementing technical, business, and leadership training programs

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience developing training plans at the operational level

Must display superior verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills

Self-directed with strong problem solving, project management, organization and time management skills.

Creativity and sales presentation skills.

Excellent leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well

Ability to collaborate with all levels of management

Previous experience in the design and maintenance of e-learning programs (desirable)
