We are looking for an emerging leader to help us drive our future growth through the scaling of key commercial solutions based on the latest technology platforms. This position is an individual contributor based in Mexico City, working in a global network to gather requirements, assess solutions and develop & implement solutions. This is a hands-on position to learn, grow and make an impact

**What **You’ll** Do for Us**:

- Coordinate execution and implementation of global digital projects, through planning, tracking and communicating
- Manage relationships and requirements with internal and external stakeholders. Be able to set expectations, align priorities from multiple parties and escalate risks.
- Lead external development teams, handling backlog prioritization, measuring progress and then evaluate value generation
- Create and conduct communications plan to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication with all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.
- Establish project measures to ensure that the project is on-time, on-budget and meets the customer’s specifications.
- Vendor Management: Acts as a liaison between business units and 3rd party vendors
- Develop a Business understanding of each key metric, what it represents and its significance to business objectives or platform adoption.
- Translate complex data and technical details into clear, concise, and impactful narratives for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Research latest trends on technology and market in the commercial digital scope

**Qualifications** & **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience working in the Information Technology space
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with Business Analyst experience in the technology field, understanding business processes and working through the Agile methodology to deliver, test and improve solutions (+2 years)
- Project Management doing the following: manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans and allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans.
- Comfortable managing relationships with different stakeholders; set expectations, manage multiple priorities, risks and escalations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels with demonstrated ability to understand technical approach & drive technical discussions
- Fluent in English, able to communicate efficiently (written and spoken) with global teams
- Experience working in multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams
- Strong Learning ability and growth mindset

**Differential** **Qualifications**
- Portuguese language
- Experience in Customer / Commercial areas in Consumer industries, B2B implementations, Loyalty, CRM, CDP Platforms
- Consulting experience in the technology field, DevOps, technical support, software and mobile development
- Proficient manipulating data, both Excel and PBI
- SQL Database programming
- Programming skills (language non-specific)
- Certified ScrumMaster, CSPO or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
- Agile processes and supporting tools such as Jira or MS ADO
