**REQUISITOS**:

- Ingles Avanzado conversacional mínimo 80%.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno nocturno.

**DESEABLE**:

- Licenciatura en Turismo, Administración, Hotelería o Afín.
- Conocimiento de Opera.
- Conocimiento de MICROS.
- Conocimientos básicos en Alimentos y Bebidas.

- Manejo de paquetería office.
- Facilidad de palabra.
- Atención a clientes.
- Excelente actitud de servicio.
- Persona responsable, proativa y honesta.

**PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES**:

- Atención a clientes.
- Check In / Check Out.
- Checar reporte de auditorias
- Verificar cuentas de huespedes
- Recepción de llamadas
- Cierres de terminales
