As an Axial Learning Analyst, you will play a key role in improving and optimizing the learning strategies within Axial Academy. The main focus of this role is to oversee training initiatives that support our cloud-based global talent and development platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and own the release process for Axial's global talent and development platforms.
- Evaluate current learning systems and recommend improvements. Implement new technologies to bolster global learning initiatives, with a concentration on Axial training programs.
- Collaborate with the Local Axial Leadership Team to deploy new functionalities. Assess their impact on end users to ensure alignment with Axial training objectives.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR or learning processes.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to efficiently drive projects from inception to implementation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and collaborating with collaborators across all organizational levels.
- Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Effective time management skills for handling multiple project tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with learning systems/platforms (e.g., Degreed).
- Knowledge of robotic/process automation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Experience with using ChatGPT and other AZ IA Technologies.
