**Position**: Bilingual Spanish/English Immigration Paralegal-Remote position

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting attorneys with case preparation, using case management system including gathering documentation, completing forms, and conducting legal research.
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, petitions, and correspondence.
- Maintaining organized case files and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, with a focus on employment-based cases.
- Maintain case files and update case management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
