**Description and Requirements**:
Proficient in a number of tasks within own area which have a limited - but direct - impact on the business. Uses specialized tools, techniques and procedures to identify and resolve practical problems. No supervisory responsibilities, but occasionally provides informal guidance to new team members.
- Receive clients/visitors at the front desk

- Manage meeting supplies and equipment
- Provide high-quality service for both internal and external customers
- Good communication skills to exchange information and ensure customer satisfaction
