QA Engineer

Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished product, in process material and raw material, and recommends/coordinate corrective actions when necessary. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to increase our process robustness and controls, utilizing lean and six sigma tools Resolve issues using scientific methods, analyzing data, drawing statistical conclusions to drive improvement addressing root causes. Train and develop personnel in root cause analysis of quality issues and development of long term cost effective solutions as well as a preventative mind set to anticipate future occurrences. Actively participate in product specifications and design control, including; quality planning, design and process FMEA, risk analysis, etc. Review and define the quality requirements for the introduction of new products and/or processes. Generates, interprets and implement Quality system documentation. Develops, modifies and maintains the standard operating procedures within the area of responsibility. Define and coordinates process and product audits following established specifications and customer requirements. Ensures compliance with internal and external specifications and standards such as ISO regulations.

Experiência y requisitos

Engineering Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronics 1-2+ years of relevant experience Excellent oral and written communication skills
