About the Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, energetic **Project Manager **(PM) to make a difference and shape the line of business in a growing global organization. The Project Manager (PM) role will be a member of a team of project managers on the **COO Business Strategy & Operations** team in the Pueblo, Mexico office.
The PM will report to Director, Business Strategy and Operations, and will be responsible to ensure internal projects are delivered on time while meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations. The PM is also responsible for finding opportunities to further streamline project management practices. You will work closely with business units and thought leaders to gain understanding of business strategy, processes, services to develop roadmaps and project plans to support COO initiatives.

- Facilitate delivery of projects by ensuring the team drives commitments to completion on time and with quality.
- Own and manage communication within and across projects, ensuring transparency and buy in on key decisions.
- Ensure initiatives are managed to deliver expected outcomes. Proactively remove impediments to ensure successful delivery of team commitments. Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Act with a sense of urgency, high level of quality, and a strong attention to detail.
- Accomplish project goals within a matrix-management environment.
**What you will bring**
- Is proactive, works hard, and above all else get things done
- 2-5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in technical and operational cooperation and integration with other company business units.
- Results driven, collaborative individual with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid project management skills to keep track of significant interdependencies in a complex project and ensure the ultimate timeline and business goals are achieved.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and can demonstrate resourcefulness and perseverance.
- Ability to ascertain communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
- Possess verbal and written skills, excellent customer service, as well as high attention to detail.
- Nice to have: Higher-Ed experience, as well as Smartsheet familiarity.
