- Compiling and furnishing production information and statistics to Operations management
- Providing first level escalation support to employees regarding HR issues
- Counsel and coach employees as needed
- Manages the off-hours & weekend staff work responsibilities. Ensures staff provides the highest quality of test support & are in compliance with all current procedures. Coordinates & monitors staffing for all shifts & maintains appropriate staffing levels & skill mix. Participates in developing, reviewing, & updating departmental policies & procedures. Identifies & implements best practices to provide improved quality testing & services. Supervises staff, assesses their needs & identifies development opportunities. Collaborates with leadership to improve quality and efficiency of testing
- Evaluates and grades employee performance.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and leadership training required - 4-6 year’s experience managing non-exempt workers (5-20 individuals) in a high-volume production type environment. Experienced in team building and performance management
- Ability to achieve performance goals through effective leadership combined with personal performance
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
- Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Have a knowledge in Semiconductor industry and process (must)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
