**Scheduling Coordinator**
- INGCO International has grown successfully over the past 17 years and is ready to add an additional Scheduling Coordinator to the team. The Scheduling Coordinator will be part of the Interpretation-Community department which follows in suit with the company's Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) platform. A self-starter and an accountable work ethic will serve well in this role._

**Job Summary**:
The Scheduler is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely confirmation of assigned interpreters and maintaining and updating clients and preferences for interpreters. Essential function of the role is to undertake a variety of administrative duties and support activities inside the department.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all interpreter requests from clients
- Coordinate the delivery of interpreter services and schedule interpreter appointments
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of requested interpreting appointments
- Maintain effective communication with clients and interpreters

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 1+ years of scheduling experience
- 1+ years of language service industry experience

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Bilingual is preferred

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per hour
