Effectively manage and coordinate personnel, as well as warehouses, deliveries to lines, receipts, and shipments, ensuring timely strategies throughout the supply chain, complying with processes and H&S alignments. Talent development and administration of financial and operational resources.
Ensure supervision over staff (absenteeism and rotation), Customer focus, and Effective communication between support teams.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Verifiable experience as General Supervisor in Logistics, minimum 5 years.
- Education: Logistics engineering, Industrial engineering, or similar.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Leadership, communication, motivation and team integration skills.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets, powerpoint and above all computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Troubleshooting.
- Bilingual Spanish / English.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the fulfillment of the company's objectives.
- Coordinates and expedites materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, in accordance with

production and shipping schedules or department priorities
- Responsible for WIP and warehouse inventories, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery of material to the production floor.
- Lead and develop the correct execution of delivery and reception.
- Carry out communication, planning, and feedback activities before the release of the material.

- Supervises and evaluates personnel activities by company standards.
- Responsible for process optimization in the Logistics Department. Also, make sure to meet department objectives for PSP / DMAIC / OPS, IDEAS.
- Ensure Process Monitoring by the assigned team (SAP Transactions, Checklist, H&S).
- Effective execution and development in the Model Year Change.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
- Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.
- Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support actions correctives.
