**My Role**:

- Meeting implemented collections performance objectives.
- Perform all aspects of collections related to the North American Customer Portfolio, including:

- Resolution of customer financial inquiries.
- Managing past due payments through collections workflow systems.
Receiving and resolving discrepancies (quantity, price, warranty, customer, freight, etc.)
- Prepare and send dunning letters/statements of claim
- Assist in matching payments received
- Prepare required reports in a timely manner, e.g. overdue report, forecast, special invoices, and other reports and analyses
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Create, update and review desktop procedures.
- Escalation and tracking of issues through dispute workflow (dispute management tool).
- Ensure key metrics are met and service is delivered to end users. Roles
- Communication and cooperation with other departments
- Participation / Leadership in organized conference calls
- Provide necessary information and documentation for internal and external audit.
- Coordinator between auditors and other departments to provide requested information.
- Provide support to AR team leader and team members for activities as required.
- Assist other team members to solve problems, guide and train them.
- Proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist team leader and managers in driving key actions that maximize cash collections
- Plan, organize and execute effective control of assigned account portfolio.
- Maintains point of contact (POC) with key customer contacts and internal customer contacts (e.g. sales).
- Ensure relevant OTC Transactions are recorded in accordance with relevant Accounting Policies, local and US GAAP requirements.
- Ensure processes are in place to keep information confidential, thereby protecting the value of the organization.
- Assist in the maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Resolve process questions, provide support for process improvement initiatives, recommend process changes to improve efficiency, including automation initiatives.
- Build effective working relationships with relevant business units.
**My Background**:

- **Minimum 1 year experience in OTC processes (Collections)**
- Strong customer relationship and business partnering skills
- Very good organizational skills
- **
High analytical skills.**:

- **
Advanced English level.**
- Strong Microsoft Office product skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
- Ability to keep information strictly confidential
- **
Analytical and communication skills**
- Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP at least 1 year.
