We at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas. Being part of the global Freudenberg Group, our company is a leading producer of advanced sealing technologies for automotive and general industries. Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, operates more than 20 facilities and employs about 4,700 people across the Americas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offers administrative support related to various HR functions
- Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s).
- Maintains and updates the various HR systems.
- Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents.
- Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems.
- Lead Training program and TNI.
- Support Legal and internal Audits with STPS, IMSS, Infonavit, ISO 14001, etc.
- First point of contact with Union people.
- Supports OD initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Administration, Communication; advanced degree preferred
- 07 Specified Years of HR Industry-relevant professional experience
- Relevant HR certifications, system experience, and training
- Advanced-Level English language skills preferred
