Helpdesk Associate

**Requirements**:

- **Live in Mexico and be a Mexican citizen**:

- **Finished high school (a copy of your official certificate of completion will be requested) It must be approved by SEP, in case of having a diploma from a US high school we would ask you for your transcript.**:

- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on **Morning / Afternoon / Night shifts (rotational shifts, we are looking for someone with full availability)**:

- **NATIVE or ALMOST NATIVE ENGLISH**:

- Looking to work in IT Environment
- **6 months of experience in Customer Service and/or Tech Support**:

- **basic troubleshooting process**

**Activities**
- General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Answer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groups
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures

**Salary**: $17,300.00 per month
