**Job Description**:

- You support HR Manager and HR team on the daily operations.
- You are responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms and HR related items.
- You are responsible in setting-up and maintenance of co-worker p-files
- You update information in HRIS for new hires.

You assist in preparation of KPI reports, HR report, various HR surveys, compilation of statistics etc.

**Qualifications**:
2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, retail preferred
People-oriented; analytical skills and attention to details
Knowledge of the HR functions and the local labour legislation
Understand and buy into company culture and values
Computer literate
