Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a Drafter to work with our team of Designers to convert residential designs into construction documents. If you have hands-on experience with autocad, Revit and SketchUp in the field of architecture, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us Complete architectural plans for high end new residential homes and remodels.

**Responsibilities**:

- English speaking and writing
- Able to read hand sketched plans and draft into Autocad or Revit
- Use AutoCAD or Revit to draw Floor plans, Electrical Plans, Roof plan, Exterior Elevations, Building Sections, Door and Window Schedules necessary to complete Construction documents for city submittal.
- Complete 3D in SketchUp and render in Enscape is a plus.

**Skills**
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in Architecture
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to work independently, efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast passed work environment.

**Personal Equipment required**
- Fast computer with large monitor or dual screen
- High speed internet

Pay: $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote

Expected Start Date: 01/09/2023
