Bilingual Assistant

**International industrial company located in the south of Guadalajara is looking for a Bilingual Assistant.**

Eis Automation dedicate to industrial automation, production of automated lines, special machines and software.

We have worked with companies of the highest recognition in North America, Europe and Asia.

We also make trainings in the latest technologies for the Automation industry

We have more than 15 years of experience in assembly, automation and optimization of industrial processes.

**What You'll Do**:

- Maintain positive interaction with our associates through communication of important events and other activities related to our employees.
- Assist with new hire orientation as well as file and document preparation.
- Support in sales calls.
- Coordinate travel logistics for employee travel (flights, lodging, transportation, appointments, services, ancillary, etc.).
- Answering the phone and screening calls.

**Requirements**:

- Shares our values of passion for quality, punctuality and solution seeking.
- At least 5 years of experience in the assistance sector.
- Good MS Office and general computer knowledge.
- Advanced written and spoken English (B2)
- Driver’s license
- Good presentable appearance and communication skills.
- Working time Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
