Minimum Skill Requirements 1-2 years experience in call center/bpo center 2-5 years experience in a client-facing role with similar responsibilities. 1-3 years experience managing a book of business with revenue retention accountability or sales experience Strong communication and follow-up/follow-through skills Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Excellent active listening skills Ability to collect and track data Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Proficient in utilizing online collaboration and communication platforms for remote work environments Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and collaborate with IT teams when necessary. A sales background is a plus Basic knowledge of Local SEO and digital marketing is a plus Requires a quiet work environment conducive to focused and uninterrupted work. Must have access to the necessary equipment and tools to perform job duties effectively. This is a remote position, must have access to a Computer/Laptop, and good-quality internet
