**Job Summary**

Support the daily operation of Estrellas Colgate. Coordinate dining service; database, plan and develop sustainability activities with the community of athletes and parents.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
- Generate purchase orders and expense accounts for the payment process of goods and services.
- Administration of the petty cash fixed fund.
- Administration, updating and general database support of the population served.
- Coordination of the dining room service, special services and Distinctive “H” process.
- Liaison and monitoring of the fumigation service, preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, etc.
- Telephone reception, suppliers, public and private agencies
- Budget support, general expenses concentration, generate monthly report.
- Create controls and records that support the daily operation.
- Coordination and development of the Environmental Education program with athletes and families.

**What do you need for the Position?**
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Advanced English
- Experience working for multiple managers (desirable)
- Intermediate technical skills with administrative software (such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Concur, Ariba, etc)
