**Job Description Summary**

Enforces the Trade Compliance program for the organization. Ensures conformance with all legislative, regulatory, and/or accreditation requirements. Coordinates trade compliance training programs and communications as necessary.
- Analyzes import and export data to ensure compliance and procedures are being followed.
- Responsible for ensuring proper documentation is created and available for Customs import or export clearance.
- Maintains recordkeeping program for import and export transactions.
- Performs assessments of Customs Brokers and communicates performance.
- Supports cost study activities.
- Determines Customs classifications and duty rates.
- Supports Free Trade Agreement programs.
- Leverage internal and external systems to help validate customs compliance information.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Education**

Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o afín, con 3 años de experiência o superior en el área de Importaciones / Exportaciones. Operación Aduanera (importaciones y exportaciones) Anexo 24 (ZOE preferentemente. Conocimiento en el cumplimiento de los programas de seguridad y/o certificaciones C-TPAT /OEA en operaciones de Comercio Exterior.
