We are hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

**Tasks**:

- Help customers make reservations on the phone
- Provide Customer Service

**Requirements**_**:_
- Fluent English (Spoken/Written)
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Must reside in Guadalajara
- Training at Tata Technology Park for 4 weeks.
- Assigned shifts change every 2 - months, we are looking for someone with full schedule availability
- Must be able to commute to Tata 4 ( Av. Paseo del Nte. 4495B, Technology Park, 45222 Zapopan, Jal.)

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shifts + one hour lunch break

Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
