**Role Definition**: Assists Program Manager with the management of projects within a corporate program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tracking progress according to program schedules and goals; developing solutions to program problems.
- Participating in the preparations of proposals, plans, and program specifications.
- Developing the project scope documents, project timetables and other documents that would be provided to Project Managers.
- Monitoring the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs.

- Under guidance, plans and estimates simple projects.
- Assists in detailed project plans including schedule and resource requirements.
- Obtains information from stakeholders during the planning stage of a project.
- Produces standard project status reports.

**Data Gathering and Reporting**: Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

**Level Basic Understanding**:

- Identifies the key objectives of gathering data.
- Describes alternative data-gathering techniques and tools.
- Applies basic data-gathering methodologies.
- Identifies key sources of needed information.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Completed university degree with a degree related to the position.
- General knowledge of company policies and processes, and company products and customers.
- 1-3 years’ experience in program coordination, information technology, engineering, project management or NPI.
- Knowledge of creating detailed timelines within a project management software tool.
- Strong interpersonal, team leadership, communication, and organization skills.
- Advanced English

**Additional Requirements**:

- This position is for a **FIXED TERM **with a duration of one year.
- This position will be in Monterrey
