Senior Business Analyst - Strategic Pricing

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Gathers financial data and performs financial/business analyses to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives.

**_ How you'll make your mark:_**
- Provides highly insightful analysis exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
- Develop applicative analytical models using advanced quantitative techniques, to unveil business opportunities
- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
- Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple cross-functions.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to junior analysts.
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
- Creating interactive dashboards & KPI

**_ About you:_**
- Bachelors in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or Commerce
- Masters or PHD in Mathematics/Finance/Econometrics, Analytics or MBA (Must have)
- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial/business analyst.
- Typically experienced in a variety of finance/business operations functions.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Enhanced pattern recognition techniques.
- Excellent ability to analyze and organize data to unveil opportunities
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent consulting and influencing skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and financial/business modelling skills
- Deep appreciation for sound business processes, ability to identify, develop, and drive operational improvements
