**BAT MEXICO** **IS LOOKING FOR A **SUPPLY CHAIN LIAISON GLOBAL GRADUATE**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non Manager

**FUNCTION**: Operations

**LOCATION**:Monterrey

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of the Operations Department.

The role is responsible for act as an Operations ambassador, challenging requirements when necessary or proposing solutions in line with Operations strategy & vision.***

**Reports to**:Logistics manager.

**Reporting Level**:Managerial.

**Geographic Scope**:Mexico

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Monitor and highlight any risk or deviation from supply and production planning plans within the company through multifunctional forums.
- Support the company planning hub with specific requirements or initiatives as part of Supply Chain process improvements.
- Channel business requirements with corresponding team, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the most optimal solution according to costumer requirements.
- Act as an ambassador for operations department withing the company, challenging requirements when necessary or proposing solutions in line with Operations strategy and vision.
- Facilitate the supply and inventory forum monthly review, a forum in which main supply chain indicators and supply and inventory performance are reviewed.
- Provide supply chain information deck to our Sales & Operations Planning monthly meeting.
- Update the business continuity plans (contingency plans) in coordination with global contingency sourcing, planning and local teams.
- Act as custodian in regulatory projects for our product portfolio.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduated from college for not longer than 3 years.
- Supply Chain, planning or factory BAT overall knowledge.
- Advance English.
- At least 6 months of experience in logistics or Supply chain.
- Drives and engages multifunctional teams.
- Engagement to deliver through others.
- College degree
