**Facilitate the timely planning of deliveries within a supply chain. Optimize inventory planning to meet service, cost, and timeliness objectives.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Manage Supply and Demand**
- Place new purchase orders with suppliers, by analyzing the supply and demand schedules.
- Balance supply and demand plans to minimize both overstock and out of stock occurrences.
- Regularly review purchase orders that need to be expedited or pushed out. Communicate with suppliers and buying teams.
- Work with logistics team regarding any shipping delays or issues.

**Monitor Orders**
- Monitor all purchase orders and other supply orders, as well as customer orders.
- Manage purchase order issues and work with suppliers to resolve.
- Proactively identify supply shortages, work with suppliers and account management to resolve. Escalate issues timely.

**Assist with Customer Service**
- Look into customer issues and order problems to develop solutions for them
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints by developing new systems and methods that prevent these occurrences
- Work with customer service to notify customers of backorders and other issues

**Identify Inefficiencies**
- Develop a more effective supply chain
- Help identify inefficiencies in the filling and shipping of company orders
- Help identify inefficiencies in inventory management

**Planner Skills**

- Great communicators and good at presenting information.

**Core skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficient in overall MS Office, expert Excel skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management
- Possess excellent arithmetical abilities
- Have experience with data analysis
- Proficient in planning software
- Able to speak and write in English (upper-intermediate)

**Salary**: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
