Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task.
Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate to the sourcing of Maintenance spare parts suppliers.
Design, implement and maintain preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
Implement and maintain control of spare parts with their minimum inventory requirements.
Calibrate the equipment in a timely manner according to the established procedures.
Monitor and reduce machine downtime.
Record and monitor any changes in machines or manufacturing processes.
Correctly use the material (raw material and products) in a safe and adequate way and with its proper identification.
Organize the personnel under your charge to comply with the work procedures and their discipline.
Keep the work instructions, procedures and visual aids updated and in accordance with the documentation system guides.
Join Continuous Improvement teams to reduce costs, improve quality and reduce downtime.
Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, microstoppages & technical slowdowns, MTTR, MTBF), maximizing equipment availability for production.
Participate to Maintenance & ERIM workshops; Permanently promote ERIM and act to make it work.
Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by Maintenance Manager.
Prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards.
Ensure proper maintenance records
Be involved in EHS and productivity improvement activity.
Participate to maintenance budget preparation & propose potential organization improvements.
Lead actions to reduce the total Maintenance costs participating as contributor of P-30.
Create the working instructions & procedures for employees working in spare parts warehouse & management
Permanently challenge the inventory reorder points and stock value in tool crib.
Improve inventory accuracy thanks to regular cycle counting, discrepancy root cause analysis and action plan
Track spare parts obsolescence (including following transfers and equipments write off) and identify non-rotating stock
