As a DevSecOps Engineer at ETHICS CODE, you will play a vital role in integrating security practices into our development and operations processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our projects by ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our software systems.

**Responsibilities**
***:

- Deploy and maintain Azure-specific tooling and infrastructure, including Azure DevOps, Azure Security Center, and Azure Monitor.
- Develop automation scripts to manage Azure resources and to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Oversee continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure Pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery of code changes with mínimal downtime.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the Azure environment and ensure compliance with latest security standards and practices.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to foster a culture of security awareness and best practices in cloud operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of secure software development practices and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with security testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience with Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, and Azure SQL Database.
- Strong background in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Thorough understanding of network setups, VPNs, DNS, load balancing and firewalling within Azure context.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, especially focused on Azure.
