As an APU Manager, you will drive implementation of plant operations strategy into projects, action plans and metrics in the entrusted APU. You will drive strategic, tactical and systema activities to achieve key production metrics including output from the lines, technical KPIs and financial KPIs. Key areas of responsibility: -Be responsible for customer satisfaction. Be accountable for SPQDCI performance and profitability of his/her APU, in terms of targets achievement, and improvement. -Ensure optimal use of equipment (OEE) and people (OPE/UPH). -Assign & check Corrective and Preventive actions on recurring problems within APU and Plant support departments. -Escalate at Site level the issues that can’t be solved at APU level -Maintain process capability and equipment gage R&R in conjunction with Process Quality -Lead daily APU RPS (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance) -Cost guarding (consumable parts, OPEX, CAPEX...) -Run Stop Scrap Projects to achieve scrap objectives in his/her APU -Achieve quality KPI (ppm, CPU, CQI, CQC, Customer Quality Index)

Experiência y requisitos

B.S. Engineering or related field of experience Bilingual in English is a must, any other language is a plus Minimum of 3 years experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector in similar position Demonstrated experience to efficiently plan, organize and lead a production operation team (unit) Experience of managing a budget with a good understanding of key financial principles Good understanding of Business (related to the business unit) and its goals Good knowledge of processes and related management Knowledge of company processes & Tools to manage people (Performance review, PDS, MRR, GCP) & ability of assessing training needs Knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO9001
