You will be responsible for Responsible for scheduling production and cutting lines according to the priorities established by the requirements of our clients and the unit's work plan business as well as the dispatch of raw materials according to the established work plan. **Your task will be**
- Coordinate the correct execution of cutting and production according to the client's needs.
- Coordinate and ensure that critical numbers are shipped to the client.
- Ensure the correct mix of material from programming to cutting and produce according to the work plan.
- Responsible for training new salary personnel in the key functions of the department.
- Coordinate balance out and start-ups of new programs without obsolescence.
- Comply with the corresponding ISO 14001 and CTPAT standards.
- Maintain the concepts of safety, order and cleanliness in their work areas.
- Comply with the standards of the (MMOG/LE.Global Materials Management Operations Guidelines.
- Ensures and is responsible for the correct mix of finished product according to the client's needs.
- Ensure inventory control in each of the supplies, physical inventories and cyclical cuts.
- Comply and enforce safety rules in the plant, legal and regulatory, as well as also with the standards of ISO-14001, IATF 16949 and specific customer requirements.
- Administration of the personnel under your charge as well as the review and authorization of their payroll.
- Inventory Accuracy.
- Comply with the department's operational metrics.
- Comply with the training and training programs of the personnel in charge.
- Lead 1 annual improvement event according to the kaizen methodology.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in logistics engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or related.
- intermediate English.
- +2 years in a similar position with experience in automotive industry.
- knowledge in Production control, receipt of materials, shipments, inventory control, SOX and CTPAT management, IATF, personnel management.
