**Job Description**:
If you are a leader in the development of quality concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards in coordination with the specialist departments for new products, changes to products, and in an existing production, we are looking for you.

Responsabilities:
Shape the future:

- Support in the design of production value streams.
- Analysing quality problems with manufacturing origin.
- Preparing the required reports and documentation.
- Planning and carrying out capability analyses (internal and/or external) Project work (e.g. participation in development projects for the implementation of quality-relevant requirements at suppliers).
- Initiate and monitor quality processes. Implement the developed concepts and measures. Check effectiveness and propose corrective measures if necessary. Determine the testing method (e.g. statistical process control (SPC), testing severity, measuring method, measuring equipment, etc.).
- Participate in quality decisions in borderline and special cases, initiate and monitor measures (e.g. rework actions, delivery stop), if necessary in coordination with other company departments.
- Plan, carry out and document ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3 audits. Follow up measures and provide support to the supplier.
- Release responsibility worldwide for responsible suppliers in the Americas region.
- Supervise suppliers with regard to quality standards and assurance, participate in concept development, carry out initial sampling. Determine measures in case of quality problems.
- Determine the scope of testing for initial sampling.
- Instruct Rexroth employees entrusted with testing tasks and support them in the event of problems.
- Evaluate information on quality-relevant data and develop concepts for quality improvement. Further develop existing quality procedures, methods and systems as well as test equipment.

**Qualifications**:
Work history: Machining expert in the areas of turning, milling, CNC programming (Sinumeric, Fanuc, Mazak, Rexroth).

Knowledge: Product know-how Mobile Hydraulics, Compact Hydraulics, Linear Motion,

Specialist in Machining, turning, hohning, grinding

Personal computer knowledge: SAP

Languages: English Fluent
