**Job Title**:
**Remote Real Estate Assistant **(100% Work From Home)**

**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: $1500 USD monthly

**Schedule**:Arizona is Pacific half the year and Mountain time half the year. Irregular hours Monday-Friday but 8 hrs per day. Not expected to work on weekends.

**About Our Client:
Our client operates within the real estate sector, specializing in luxury properties in Scottsdale, Arizona, and its surrounding areas. They have a niche focus on assisting Canadian clients in acquiring second homes or investment properties in the desert. Additionally, the company is involved in the construction of luxury spec homes and custom residences for discerning clients.

**Job Overview**:
As an integral part of our client's team, you will support the owner in managing various backend responsibilities inherent to the real estate industry. Your role will involve assisting in organizing the developmental aspects related to property construction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with clients and other agents using our CRM system.
- Liaise with title companies to create mailers for new listings or recently sold properties.
- Manage documentation, including receipts and excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinate material orders for construction sites.
- Maintain the owner's calendar and schedule appointments.
- Create informative PDF guides for clients.
- Engage with clients and prospects on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Track and manage expenses using spreadsheets for bookkeeping purposes.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:

- Proficiency in Excel and social media platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients through CRM systems.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative, with a proactive mindset.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is preferred.
- Excellent English level both written and spoken
