Conocimiento de procesos del área metal mecánico (deseable).

Habilidad para la administración de personal y liderazgo efectivo.

Experiência en Almacenes y Personal.

Conocimiento amplio en ERP o sistemas similares

Administración de Proyectos PMI

**Actividades a realizar**:

- Gestionar y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los diferentes proyectos de la compañía.
- Implementar y gestionar procesos de Kick off.
- Riesgos y recursos.
- Control de cambios.
- Alcances y expedientes de proyectos.
- Implementación y consolidación de la oficina de proyectos.
- Dar seguimiento y gestionar actividades con clientes internos y externos para garantizar el éxito de los proyectos.
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a sistemas de control de proyectos.
- Coordinar y fortalecer la comunicación entre las áreas de diseño e ingeniería, manufactura, operaciones, comercialización y administración para el cumplimiento de los proyectos
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los proyectos en costo, tiempo, calidad y entregables.
