Purpose of Role:
Support the Weir business through the development of a data platform and data intensive solutions. Working as a member of the Data & Analytics team within Information Systems & Technology, the team and this role supports the needs of the many business groups across Weir and will be pivotal in advancing our Data & Analytics agenda.

The role is focused on developing PowerBI solutions and enabling the use of PowerBI and best practices in Weir. Working in conjunction with architects and engineers in the Data & Analytics team and the business users, this role will participate in the full development lifecycle for PowerBI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, Deploy and Support PowerBI solutions
- Collaborates and provides guidance to the broader community on Power BI best practice
- Participate in the end to end lifecycle of product development including ideation, planning, development, testing and deployment.
- Research and Understand PowerBI Technology and Nontechnology Trends
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Three or more years of experience in the development and deployment of PowerBI solutions, preferably at scale
- Experience of user experience best practices and development related to the presentation of data and analytics.
- Experience in working internationally and multi-culturally.
