**Purpose of the position**:
Support affiliates to ensure product is available to meet customer needs and sales goals minimizing stock out and reduce the risk of inventory write-offs.

Managing requirement planning and /or purchasing process. This position manages and communicate of product supply issues and requirement planning for new product launches.

This position is a key part of the supply chain process since is the link in between the responsibilities of the affiliates, plant sites and global supply chain component.

This position provides Support to Eli Lilly affiliates across Latam on Supply Chain Management in Replenishment & Inventory Management. Aim to align all the business process with Global Service Design and deliver standardization process across all the countries globally.

Another important task is the inventory reconciliation and the proper scalation of the issues to the affiliates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform global and local metrics that can be used to measure supply chain management performance.
- Responsible to perform Inventory Reconciliation between LSP (Logistic Service Provider) and SAP to meet SOX requirement.
- Responsible to perform Inventory movement transaction such as Scrapping, PGR (Post Goods Receipt) etc.
- Execute and upload monthly SOX controls to O2C collab site in a timely manner.
- Perform and Analyze Operational Control Report; Record findings and ensure mitigation control is in place.
- Analysis, review, and identification of purchase requisitions.
- Monitor and Confirm to the affiliate the following items:

- "Make to order” items to convert the Purchase Requisitions.
- purchase orders in SAP to confirm production with plant site at or before the lead-time for the item.
- “Make to stock” non-deployment items, convert Purchase Requisition.
- Purchase Orders at the time fence in SAP.
- Review and track the open orders report to provide visibility to the affiliates of the different status.
- Weekly meetings with the affiliates point of contact to give follow up.
- Achieves and maintains OSSCE Class A certification (where appropriate)
- Perform requirements planning and/or purchasing process.
- Product supply issues handling and provide information and planning of the new product launches.
- Support regional and global initiatives related to supply chain management.
- Ownership of LATAM parameters and data in the replenishment system.
- Maintain straight relationship and communication with the supply chain coordinator of each of our affiliates.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Accounting/Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word etc.)

**Work experience**:

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally with multinational companies or shared services center in a customer facing role.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, replenishment, and master data.
