**Acerca del rol**

Como Infrastructure Analyst Junior en albo serás responsable de apoyar en la gestión y mantenimiento de la infraestructura tecnológica de la empresa, principalmente en el nível 1-2 de soporte. Esto incluye redes, servidores, sistemas de almacenamiento y otros componentes de la infraestructura. Su objetivo es garantizar la disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad de la infraestructura tecnológica para satisfacer las necesidades operativas de la organización.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar en la monitorización y gestión de la infraestructura de red, servidores y sistemas de almacenamiento.
- Participar en la identificación y resolución de problemas de infraestructura, proponiendo mejoras y optimizaciones.
- Adaptarse a cambios tecnológicos y de negocio, contribuyendo a la implementación de nuevas soluciones de infraestructura.
- Contribuir a la implementación de nuevas tecnologías y prácticas para mejorar la eficiencia y seguridad de la infraestructura.
- Mantener un enfoque centrado en el usuario al proporcionar soporte técnico a los equipos internos y asegurar la disponibilidad de los servicios.

**Requerimientos de Experiência y Educación**
- Formación técnica en informática, sistemas o carreras afines.
- Experiência previa o conocimientos básicos en:

- Administración de redes (Deseable)
- Sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux) (Imprescindible)
- Servicios de infraestructura (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) (Deseable)
- Familiaridad con herramientas de monitorización de sistemas y redes.
- Conocimientos básicos de seguridad informática y buenas prácticas de gestión de la seguridad. (Deseable)
- Capacidad para aprender rápidamente y trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
