Qc Engr

Job Summary
- Responsible for TPI inspections scheduling maintaining and updating;
- Responsible for reporting and instructing on any change occurred in ISO 9001, API Q1;
- Prepare specific procedures, work instructions and documents for Quality Department and ensure issuing and implementation of all procedures related to Quality Management System (QMS) according Company's policies by respecting ISO 9001, API Q1;
- Maintain proper records related to Facility FPY
- Notify in due time the Quality Manager and other Department representatives, about critical problems concerning Quality Management System inside organization;
- Prepare documentation package for delivered products according to customer requirements
- Approach actively and support the customer audits in the plant as well as internal audits
- Participate to the investigations related to internal nonconformance's (NCR's) and customer claims in order to identify corrective actions;
- Contribute to the development and updating of procedures, working instructions and documents related with product/ processes control for Quality Department;
- Follow up the implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities highlighted during internal audits, customer audits, third-party and external audits during production process;
- Contribute to the customer changing request implementation within the inspection process;
- Prepare and present specific training material to the new hires and existing staff.

required

Minimum Job Qualifications

University Degree Oil and Gas as advantage, but also Economics/ /Technical specialization are appropriate
Relevant experience in quality area, manufacturing environment of min 1 years
English language - advanced level

**Computer skills**: MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Management System '“ policies, processes, procedures
