**Objetivo de la posición**:
Gestionar, diseñar, desarrollar, coordinar y llevar a cabo todos los programas de Calidad de Procesos, Producto terminado, así como cumplimiento a los sistemas de calidad, administración de recursos del área y cumplimiento de indicadores de desempeño administrativos y productivos

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería
- +5 años de experiência en área de calidad de industria automotriz
- +3 años trabajando con el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en la industria automotriz.
- Deseable certificación IATF 16949
- Necesaria certificación VDA 6.3
- Conocimiento avanzado comprobable en core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA y CP)
- Resolución estructurada de problemas
- Ingles 75%
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Fluido en el conocimiento del sistema y dedicado a la mejora continua.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con otras personas en diferentes departamentos.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Detectar y optimizar los procesos de producción
- Resuelve en tiempo problemas derivados del Proceso de manufactura de cable
- Seguimiento a los defectos de producto y sus causas
- Seguimiento y gestión de los procesos y sistemas de calidad
- Cumplimiento de los sistemas de Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
- Realizar reportes de su área, así como sus avances y proyecciones.
- Documentar todas las evidencias de capacitación continua y cumplir con requerimientos de documentación para auditorías de certificación.
- Dar seguimiento a la implementación de estrategias que contribuyan a la mejora de clima laboral.
- Entendimiento técnico de procesos productivos, tecnología e indicadores de desempeño
