We are looking for an experienced intake coordinator to join our growing sales team assisting our law firm with the processing of new clients. You see your job as an intake coordinator as a mission to ensure that your client is at the center of the experience. It's not only about winning cases, it's about the holistic client experience, from sales, onboarding, representation, and offboarding.

You like orderly and predictable processes that are teachable and lead to exponential growth. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with people around you and thrive on building up other people.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
For this position, the applicant must:

- Be bilingual (perfect Spanish/English) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities include sales, answering inbound calls, transferring calls to the appropriate department, taking messages, data entry, scheduling consultations with the attorneys, following up with clients before and after consultations, and the sending and receiving of contracts.
- Detail-oriented and have experience in sales, call centers and/or customer service.
- Previous U.S. immigration law experience is a plus.
- Be highly organized and attentive to detail.
- This is a full-time position.

COMPENSATION: $12,000 MN per month + Sales Bonus
