**The team you will be a part of**:
**The Drafting team prepares and maintains detailed design drawings, schematics or specifications typically using computer-aided design software. Creates, modifies and controls detailed two
- and three-dimensional parts and assembly drawings from engineers' and technicians' sketches, plans and written and verbal instructions.**

**This role in summary**:
**The CAD Refrigeration Team is responsible for supporting global and regional projects, delivering sustainable Innovations to our Stakeholders through transforming requirements into reality. The team also have a mission to unleash the full potential of product development tools and technologies to create advantage on value creation with best time and cost.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- ** Create and revise robust solid models and detail drawings of complex components and assemblies from design layouts, marked prints, sketches, and verbal instructions**
- ** Operate within a product lifecycle management (PLM) environment to specify parts and assemblies, create product structure, and receive/complete tasks**
- ** Participate in design review activities**
- ** Establish component tolerances in accordance with manufacturing capabilities**
- ** Perform complex tolerance analysis and validation**
- ** Assist in establishing basic project design objectives and in the selection of design approaches**
- ** Develop and obtain prototype parts for testing and pre-production activities**
- ** Engage with new technologies: desktop 3d printing, virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR)**

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Design Technology and 3+ years of experience using CAD**
- ** Expert level skills and hands on Experience using Creo Parametric**
- ** Experience using Windchill to specify parts, create product structure, and receive/complete tasks**
- ** CAD modeling, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), plastic part design, and Design for Manufacturing DFM/ Design for Assembly DFA proficiency**
- ** Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills**
- ** English Proficiency required.**
- ** Leadership : Lead from Front, Multi Tasking.**
- ** Ability to manage time and work effectively while being self-motivated**

- ** Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication across different disciplines**
- ** Excellent decision-making abilities and self-motivation**
- ** Adaptability and flexibility to change as designs and processes improve over time**
