**Responsibilities**:

- Taking standard times.
- Updating process information.
- Parameterization of machines.
- Resolution of floor problems.
- Supervision of spot adjusters and execution of observations on the operation.
- Continuous Improvement (Knowledge of PDCA).
- Lean Manufacturing (Production planning, SMED, Poka Yoke, Kanban).
- Manufacturing Processes: (pointing, welding, assemblies).
- Times and movements.
- Analyze assembly and welding production processes to determine standard times and in turn detect opportunities for improvement in them.
- Performs analysis, monitoring and implementation of process improvements in conjunction with the areas involved.
- Carry out measurements and tests to parameterize the machines in order to guarantee the quality of the product..
- Help in solving problems on the production floor.
- Update and generate Work Instructions and Commissioning Sheets.
- Participate in the meetings of new projects, engineering changes and reviews of AMEF.
- Supervises the activities of the Spot Adjusters, performs the observation of the adjustment operation and manages the days in Kronos.
- Modify and update plant layouts with the use of design software (AutoCAD).
- Applies 5 S's and Control of records in your area.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Background in engineering and Welding processes.
