Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Director, Global Program Management the Program Manager role involves being in charge of guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services and will hold up the development and implementation of a project, pricing, and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Generate, analyze, and interpret financial reports, Key Operating indicators & and quotes.
- Operates as the primary point of contact to provide guidance, drive actions, and encourage Worldwide Program Management and Supply Chain teams following Best Practices on Commercial Management activities.
- Support IT and Finance groups on new project implementation to Enhance the commercial management tracker tool.
- Follow up closely on the quarterly target of claims recoveries to drive actions worldwide to achieve it.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and Worldwide operations.
- Provide training to the Worldwide Operation teams
- Manage agenda to perform regular activities.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience Mid in a similar position.
- Fluent English.
- P&L Understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Relevant finance experience analyzing, interpreting, and generating KOIs, P&L, and quotes.
- Experience in a Multinational company.
- Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization.
