**Responsibilities**:

- Support the setup of a new product test facility acc to an existing plan- Resource planning and tracking
- Planning, coordination and supervision of project-related test activities
- Creation of test specifications based on customer, legal and internal requirements
- Root cause analysis and definition of improvement measures
- Component analysis from driving and test bench tests
- Communication in an international environment with internal/external departments, partners and customers
- Analysis, documentation, release and presentation of test results
- Validation of safety-critical chassis components

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of experience
- Business fluency in English
- Safe handling of standard software (SAP / MS Office / MS Power App’s / MS Sharepoint / MS Teams / MS 365)
- Knowledge of machine elements like (servo) hydraulic, electric drives, technical infrastructure
- Ability to understand technical drawings and product specifications
- Root cause analysis, 5S, IATF16949
- Hands-on work required during the training phase (~2 yrs)
- Understanding of safety requirements / experience with Test Equipment
