Battery Maintenance

The Quality & Metrology supervisor is responsible of manage the labor and resources in order to achieve customer satisfaction to offer a premium vehicle achieving quality objectives using Stellantis production way system and implementing best practices and performing the next activities:
Strategic
To s tatic and dynamics measurements in all the parts..
To e valuates quality and process improvements plans, establish the audits and criteria focused to sustain the process.
To g enerates corporate reports and tracking progress.
To p lan activities to meet Cp & Cpk goals.
To Measures the parts with the CMM and tracks results.
Operational
To coordinate all the quality and process improvements activities in the Plant.
To Define and sends KPI and KAI quality tracking reports to the corporate
To tracks the quality and process improvements in the Plant and defines priorities.
To Attends CFA audits and takes actions to resolve the issues with all the areas
To Keeps all the KPI related to the metrology and updates the information.
Resource Management
To select the maintenance skill trades to interevent in a corrective or preventive activity.
To manage cost related to machine.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or journeyperson; and minimum of 3 years of industrial automation quality experience, including some supervisory experience
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
Previous work experience as a quality engineer or similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required
Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to coach / mentor / develop team members
Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead team
Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing
Be precise in taking measurements and when recording different figures.

**Good aptitudes in arithmetic calculation, for example**: to measure and weigh the samples of the product to be controlled and supervised.
Extensive knowledge applied in computer science to analyze, store and present test results on a computer.
Skills in oral and written communication to transmit, present and write reports.
Ability to interpersonal relationships, to work in a team. Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in technical/engineering field
Previous experience working in a union environment
3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Supervisor.
Knowledge in the use of measurement equipment and laboratory tests.
Verbal and written comunications skills (able to undestand anda record maintenance procedures, shift pass downs)
Experience with body shop, subassemblies
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office software programs
