Bounteous is looking for an experienced, bilingual
**Senior Designer **to join our growing design practice in Mexico. The Senior Designer is responsible for contributing to the quality, creativity and delivery of projects for our consumer goods clients.

As a Senior Designer
**,** your talent, drive, and knack for beautifully solving product design problems inspires the experience consumers have with a brand. You are highly collaborative, mentoring other designers as you work alongside them. Your design process translates to a natural articulation of how your design decisions relate to business goals, consumer needs, and design best practices.

The Experience Design Team at Bounteous is a multidisciplinary collaboration of humans who create meaningful experiences people love and clients value, with expertise in UX, product, visual, motion, and brand design.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in your craft, tools, and process
- A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, and imagery.
- Natural curiosity about current design trends and methodologies, especially in the digital and interactive space
- Application of your design thinking and execution skills throughout the entire product lifecycle, recognizing opportunities to step in and step up
- Collaborative development of exceptional user experiences through participation in brainstorming, concept creation, team reviews and client work sessions
- Creation, presentation, and production of engaging digital brand experiences that solve for business and user objectives with limited oversight
- Designing products and adapting brand guidelines to create beautiful, scalable, accessible component-based design systems.
- Openness to fostering relationships and working collaboratively on a cross-disciplinary team (including product owners and developers), soaking in and sharing knowledge, insights, and ideas freely
- Manage time effectively and proactively communicate with project teams
- Responsibility for the quality of your work from initial concepts and through detailed design and development
- A presence on your team that is flexible, additive, honest and humble
- Work hard and have fun doing it

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of visual design experience, preferably some in a digital agency
- Strong portfolio of relevant work
- Strong presentation skills in both Spanish and English, excelling at communicating design concepts to non-design stakeholders (internal and client)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs a plus
- A background in food & beverage or consumer packaged goods a plus
- ** Fluency in Spanish and English required**
