El objetivo de la posición **Facilities Maintenance Leader** es administrar de manera efectiva las actividades y el personal de mantenimiento para un área específica, cuidando su desarrollo, las necesidades de negocio y atendiendo a la operación como cliente principal.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Trabajar con personal sindicalizado.
- Generar reportes de turno (Operación de servicios críticos, mantenimientos correctivos, preventivos, notificaciones).
- Participación activa en investigaciones de causa raíz (Accidentes, Near Miss).
- Realizar recorridos de seguridad/FP&R.
- Promover la mejora continua del departamento participando activamente en: ETH/Auditorias internas/Auditorias externas/juntas de CEB/MYR.
- Administrar y supervisar la operación de la planta de cogeneración.
- Administrar y supervisar actividades de mantenimiento a: rampas, alumbrado, baños, manejadoras, puertas automáticas.
- Cumplir los estándares de seguridad/ calidad y productividad aplicables.
- Supervisar la implementación de proyectos
- Garantizar la operación y mantenimiento de servicios críticos: Vapor/aire/agua/energía eléctrica.
- Administrar y supervisar operación de calderas de vapor.
- Administrar y supervisar subestaciones eléctricas.
- Liberar permisos de trabajo seguro a externos en las áreas de servicios generales.
- Cumplimiento al plan de mantenimiento preventivo y notificaciones.
- Seguimiento a compras de refacciones para los mantenimientos.
- Participación activa en cuestiones de seguridad/calidad/FP&R.
- Cumplimiento de la cédula de extracción de pozos.
- Seguimiento al cierre de hallazgos de Seguridad/Calidad/Productividad.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería en electrónica, mecatrónica, programación e informática o campo relacionado.
- 2 años de experiência en ingeniería de proyectos o posiciones de mantenimiento de automatización en plantas de manufactura,
- Inglés intermedio
- Programación de PLCs
- Conocimientos en Sistema Scada, Sistema Control Logix o Rockwell
- Conocimiento general de servicios críticos (Electricidad, Agua, Compresores, HVAC & Calderas)
- Desebale conocimientos en industria 4.0 / 5.0
- Deseable manejo del personal sindicalizado
