**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Main Responsibilities**:
Implement, maintain and execute a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule according to equipment needs, verify the correct execution of such plan and ensure the correct operation of the building equipment’s (Compressors, Chillers, Electric substation, Plant lightning, etc). Also lead and coordinate a group of technicians to comply with all the tasks regarding facilities maintenance, including but not limited to: Corrective, predictive & preventive maintenance, inspect the buildings to ensure its appropriate functioning, production and kaizen events support, etc. Additionally, support cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the different plans, where the facilities support is needed.

**Knowledge**:
Mechanical/mechatronic engineer or related field

Experience with plant equipment such as: Ramps, compressors, lightning, etc

5 yrs of experience in a similar position

Experience managing Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for building and facilities equipment

Experience in Hydraulics, PLC’s, Compressors, Chillers, electric infrastructure,

Civil engineering knowledge (Desirable)

English 90%

Manufacturing process knowledge

Proficient in MS Office

Proficient in Lean Manufacturing
